About Us

Timeless-Toys is a UK based, exclusively on-line toy shop, selling toys that we as parents have chosen to share with other parents, grandparents and carers.

All of our range has been specially selected to offer you toys and gifts which have a timeless character about them such as pirate ships, dolls houses and push-alongs. Simply put - the toys we all remember from our own childhood, and some new ones which we have carefully selected to add to our range.

Being independently owned we have the freedom to change our ranges regularly and this we will be doing over the next few months particularly on the run up to Christmas.

We hold stock and we have reliable suppliers on-hand, including some big names such as Plan, Fiesta Crafts, Modo, Travis Fancy Dress Costumes and The Toy Workshop so together we will get the item you order to you in the fastest time possible. Emails will be used to inform you of when the item is despatched and to confirm status of your order at every stage. And in the unlikely event that there is a delay we will tell you up front so that you can make an informed choice about how you want to progress with your order.

All our toys are CE marked as indeed all toys sold within the European Union should be. It shows that the toy meets the safety standards that are required by European and British law and we also indicate what age the toy is appropriate for too where we can.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. As the 'checkout' process is ran by Paypal you can be sure that payments made to us are also secure.

We accept credit card and switch payment securely through Paypal and for this service there is no additional charge for yourself.

Shipping And Handling

Due to weight of most items £5.95 will be charged for postage+packaging for orders up to £24.99.

Orders between £25 - £49.99 fees are £6.95 and for those baskets over £50 postage fees are £8.95. The reason being that most of our items weigh over 3KG in weight due to them being made of solid wood.

These prices apply to UK and Northern Ireland only. We do not charge for Paypal transactions.

If you are from overseas and wish to place an order please contact us first to confirm postal charges..

In most instances our items are despatched by Royal Mail too, so if you find you are out when your delivery is made you'll have options as to when you want the item to be re-delivered or alternatively you can collect from them at your convenience.

Returns

We believe that you will be delighted with your product but know that there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item and we will endeavor to keep this process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

To return any item, simply contact us to obtain a Returns Number at enquiries@timeless-toys.co.uk for either an unwanted or faulty item.

Unwanted Goods
If you return the product (having taken reasonable care of it) within 14 days of the date on which you received it, we will refund you any money which you have paid us subject to a 15% restocking change, so long as it in a saleable condition. So all you pay for is the return postage of the goods.

Faulty Goods
If you receive an item which is faulty contact us to receive a Returns Number within 14 days of the date on which you receive it. We will either supply a replacement or refund your money – it your choice! Plus we will reimburse you for the cost of the return postage and re dispatch of new item if you choose this option.

All we ask that you send items back to us via Royal Mail First Class (Recorded), or Parcel Force and obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office for your own file.
